Daniel Franklin, PhD, is the Founder, President, and Clinical Director of Franklin Educational Services, Inc., established in 2003, which offers individualized educational services in Los Angeles and Orange County. With extensive experience in education and psychology, Daniel serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles County Psychological Association and co-edits The Los Angeles Psychologist Magazine. In addition, Daniel co-facilitates the Child and Adolescent Special Interest Group and is a member of the Head of School Consortium. Daniel is a published author, a Lead Instructor at UC San Diego, a NASP Continuing Education Provider, and a Board Certified Educational Therapist with the Association of Educational Therapists. Advisory Board membership at Exceptional Minds demonstrates a commitment to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Previous roles include Vice President of Education at Thrive Research Inc. and Adjunct Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. Daniel holds a PhD in Special Education from UCLA, a Master of Education from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
