Lauren Pachman is an experienced legal professional with a focus on regulatory affairs and advocacy in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs at the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents since December 2015, Pachman has held several leadership roles, including Director of the National Flood Association and various positions on the NIPR Board and Industry Education Council. Prior to this, Pachman worked as a Policy Analyst at the American Academy of Actuaries, where responsibilities included developing advocacy strategies and drafting testimony for Congress. Pachman has also gained litigation experience as an associate at Hartel Kane DeSantis MacDonald & Howie and Cohen & Cohen, alongside early career experience in the New Jersey Assembly Democratic Office. Pachman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The College of New Jersey and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
