Leah Rivera, CMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and education within the hospitality and advisory sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Education & Events at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization since March 2020, Leah previously held the position of Events Director at the McChrystal Group, where expertise in transforming organizations into cohesive teams was developed. Prior roles include various leadership positions in sales and event management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Carr Workplaces, as well as internships that laid the groundwork for a successful career in the industry. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Business Certificate in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication from Duquesne University.
