Early career highlights include roles at Financial Market Software Consultants, Synopsys Ltd, and Computershare Systems Ltd, where Nikolai led teams and projects in developing trading functionalities and system migrations. Education was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, following high school at Edgewood High School.
