Minh Pham has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they are working as a Senior Business Analyst at Aura Network since February 2022. Before this, they held a similar position at akaChain.io from April 2020 to January 2022. During their time at akaChain.io, they were involved in E-commerce, CRM, and Loyalty-related projects, with a focus on requirement elicitation, solution evaluation, and validation, utilizing blockchain technology. Additionally, Minh Pham has experience as a Bike Mechanic at The Hanoi Bicycle Collective from December 2012 to March 2013, where they repaired bicycles and provided advice on choosing bicycles and cycling techniques.

Minh Pham completed their high school education at Vietnam-Poland Highschool from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained their Highschool Diploma. Minh then pursued an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, studying from 2012 to 2017. After that, they attended Università degli Studi di Parma from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Business and Development. Concurrently, in 2018 to 2019, they also pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at IDRAC Business school.
