Andrew Kroculick began their career in 2010 as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. In 2015, they enrolled in Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and earned their MBA. In 2016, they joined Nasdaq as a Corporate Strategy. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Director at Nasdaq. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Business Operations & Client Experience, Nasdaq Private Market and Managing Director at Nasdaq Private Market.

Andrew Kroculick received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business between 2006 and 2010.
