Jacq Lim began their career as an intern at Smart Communications, Inc. in 2013. Jacq then worked as a part-time instructor at Excel Review Center from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, Jacq joined Procter & Gamble as an IT Operations Manager, where they managed level 1 support for business intelligence applications. Jacq achieved a 50% incident reaction and cost savings during their time there. In 2015, Jacq joined Uber as an Operations Associate, responsible for growing the business and improving user experience in different cities. Jacq also managed driver acquisition and vehicle solutions. From 2016 to 2018, Jacq served as the Operations and Logistics Manager at Uber, focusing on supply growth and territory management in the Philippines. In 2018, they joined Grab as the Transport Operations Manager, later moving to the Head of Optimization Operations role in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Jacq served as the Head of GrabExpress Philippines. Currently, Jacq is working at Nas Company as the Global Head of Communities, providing community-building solutions for brands and creators. In 2021, they also took on the role of Country Head for Nas Academy Philippines.

Jacq Lim completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University between 2009 and 2013. Jacq also obtained certifications in "Uber Executive Education for Leadership and Strategy" from Harvard Business School Executive Education and "Preventing Workplace Harassment" from Emtrain.
