Serhat Burak Hersat is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with a diverse background in leadership and management. As the founder of multiple companies including Pera Endüstriyel Kağıt and Genpak since September 2023, as well as BİL Koleji since July 2020, Hersat demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation and education. Previously, leadership roles at Anadolu Efes Spor Kulübü Basketbol Okulları, Mektebim Koleji, Kandilli Koleji, and Kültür Dersaneleri highlight extensive experience in the educational sector. In addition, Hersat co-founded the Boğaziçi Sanayici İş insanları ve Yöneticileri Derneği (BOSİYAD) in November 2022. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Istanbul University and a Master’s Degree in Physics Teaching from Anadolu University.
