Kim Rose Eastburn currently serves as the Executive Director, Global Education & Artistry at NARS Cosmetics, a position held since May 2020. In this role, Kim is responsible for designing and curating development programs that empower field teams and enhance consumer engagement through sustainable education and storytelling. Prior to NARS, Kim had a notable tenure at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics from May 2011 to May 2020, where positions included Global Director of Artistry & Consumer Experience and Director of Education and Artistry for Asia Pacific, driving global artistry initiatives and localizing programs to meet regional consumer needs. Kim's career at Bobbi Brown started in 2002, with earlier roles as Beauty Team Makeup Artist and various managerial positions. Additionally, Kim began in the beauty industry as an Assistant Manager at L'Occitane en Provence from April 2001 to October 2002.
