Rachael Ostrom is an accomplished marketing and communications executive with extensive experience at Aveda. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Omnichannel since July 2021, Rachael has developed global strategies to enhance consumer and artist engagement and oversees initiatives in content creation, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing. From 2009 to 2018, Rachael held the position of Executive Director of Consumer Engagement/Storytelling, where responsibilities included leading a storytelling team and executing social media training. Rachael's earlier roles at Aveda included Director of Consumer Marketing, where the focus was on cause-related marketing initiatives and brand communication strategies, and various media planning positions. Rachael holds a BA in Communications & Journalism from Hamline University and additional education from The Wharton School.
