Jillian Harvey is an experienced professional with a robust background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as community facilitation and racial equity consulting. Currently serving as a member of Tomorrow's Women TODAY and a community facilitator for Narrative 4, Jillian utilizes storytelling and empathy-building techniques to foster inclusivity. As co-founder of HarveyRochman Consulting, LLC, Jillian provides expert services in anti-racism education and social justice. Previously, Jillian held significant roles in various organizations, including Director and Coordinator of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the Town of Arlington, and has contributed to academic projects at Brown University, focusing on best practices for diversity and inclusion. Jillian's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
