Safety, Health And Wellbeing Of Healthcare Workers Working Group at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians

Alexandra Muthu serves as the Clinical Director of Occupational Health & Safety Service at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā and is a Trustee of Doctors Health Advisory Service with the Doctors' Health Alliance. Muthu has been involved with The Royal Australasian College of Physicians since 2010, holding multiple significant roles, including Fellowship in FAFOEM and Chair of the Aotearoa NZ Committee. Current engagements also include roles as Co-Chair and Media Spokesperson for the New Zealand Dust Diseases Taskforce and Chief Medical & Wellbeing Officer at Life Edit. Muthu has extensive experience as a Specialist Occupational & Environmental Physician at Dynamic Health and has contributed to teaching at Victoria University of Wellington. Educational qualifications include a Chief Wellness Officer Course from Stanford University and multiple postgraduate diplomas in medicine and public health from the University of Otago and the University of Auckland.
