Ken Sparrow has been in the software development industry for over 25 years. Ken began their career in 1996 as a Senior Systems Engineer at Axis New England. In 2013, they moved to IPSUMM Inc. / i2i Engineering, where they worked as an Automation Engineer. In 2015, they were promoted to Principal Engineer at i2iEngineering. In 2019, Ken moved to AEi Mycronic as a Principal Software Engineer and then in 2020, they were promoted to Principal Software Engineer at Haigh-Farr, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, Ken was appointed as the Vice President of Software Development at NanoMosaic Inc.

Ken Sparrow obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1989 and 1994.
