Kristijan Patljak has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kristijan started their career at CSL Behring as a Polymechaniker EFZ from August 2010 to August 2014. Kristijan then worked at Fahrni Fassadensysteme AG as a Polymechaniker from December 2016 to September 2017. After that, they joined X-Met as a Projektleiter from November 2017 to July 2019. At Emergent BioSolutions, they worked as an Industrial Engineer from August 2019 to April 2020 and as a Construction Engineer from May 2020 to the present. Currently, they are also employed at Bavarian Nordic as a Construction Engineer starting from May 2023.

Kristijan Patljak completed their education in two different institutions. From 2010 to 2014, they pursued a vocational training program at Berufslehre, where they obtained a degree in Polymechaniker EFZ. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended hftm Höhere Fachschule Technik Mittelland, where they obtained a diploma in Techniker in the field of Maschinenbau.
