Donna Williams is the owner of the coaching business Life C.H.E.F., operational since April 2020 and certified by John Maxwell, specializing in guiding clients towards positive life changes. In addition, Donna has served as the South Region Coordinator and Facilitator of Family Support Groups for NAMI NJ since January 2009, focusing on raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues. Previously, Donna held the position of Social Media Manager for the Sisters Network of Central New Jersey from May 2015 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing social media updates and preparing for a crowdfunding campaign. Donna's career began at the NYC Transit Authority, where over 25 years were spent as a train operator until March 2013. Donna holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, completed in 1981.
