Lorina Ulag has extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biomedical research. Currently serving as a Clinical Laboratory Operations Coordinator at Nalagenetics since March 2022, Lorina is responsible for managing a COVID-19 Diagnostic Lab in Jakarta Pusat. Prior to this role, Lorina worked as a Biotechnology Staff at Siloam Hospitals Group, focusing on COVID-19 detection through viral RNA isolation and qRT-PCR analysis. Lorina's research experience includes internships at the Tropical Disease Research Center at Khon Kaen University, where projects involved identifying proteins in carcinogenic liver flukes and monitoring associated parameters of Opisthorchis viverrini, as well as work in dengue virus characterization at the Institute of Tropical Disease. Lorina began the professional journey as a Laboratory Assistant at the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences, aiding in laboratory practices. Lorina holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine from the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences.
