David Wildschuetz has over three decades of experience in software systems engineering and programming. Currently serving as a Sr. Package Systems Engineer at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners since February 2000, David specializes in maintaining and supporting packaged systems, including PeopleSoft Financials/SCM and Epicor HCM. Previously, as a PeopleSoft Change Control Specialist II, David focused on enhancing the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain systems while managing user support and special projects such as an online ordering and billing system. Prior to this role, David worked as a Program Manager at GovernMENTOR Systems from July 1985 to February 2000, where responsibilities included maintaining and enhancing software applications for local government entities, covering areas such as payroll, fund accounting, and voter registration.
