Pratima Pal began working in 2021 as a social media intern at Digitalks. They then transitioned to the role of social media manager at Leadswala.co in July 2019 and remained in that position until February 2023. In February 2023, Pratima joined Naehas as a software developer.

Pratima Pal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Maharana Pratap Engineering College in India. Pratima pursued this degree from 2019 to 2023.
