Sumit Seth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement and talent acquisition. As a Founding Member at Naamly since January 2016, Sumit has contributed to the development of a member experience platform aimed at enhancing engagement for modern training gyms. Prior to this, Sumit was a Founding Member and Managing Partner at MindLance from August 2005 to April 2015, where responsibility included leading a recruitment-focused organization servicing diverse sectors across North America and India. Additionally, Sumit has held roles as an Account Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as a Senior Business Analyst at Covansys. Early career experience includes serving as an Executive at Family Health Plan Limited. In terms of education, Sumit holds an MHA in HealthCare from the Institute of Health Management & Research and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University. Additionally, Sumit has pursued studies at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego.
