Arianna Noggle

Associate Director Of User Engagement at N-SIDE

Arianna Noggle has a diverse work experience in the field of life sciences and bioinformatics. Arianna currently holds the role of Associate Director of User Engagement at N-SIDE, where they are responsible for engaging with users and ensuring their satisfaction. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Clinical Supply Optimization Team Lead and the Life Sciences Consultant & Customer Success Manager at the same company. Arianna also worked as a Life Sciences Analyst at N-SIDE.

Before joining N-SIDE, Arianna worked at Biogen as a Biomarker Studies Co-op, where they utilized clinical studies and real-world data to enhance clinical practice in neuroscience. Arianna collaborated with statisticians, data scientists, and R&D professionals to analyze proteomic data and its correlation to clinical trial metrics.

During their time at Boston University, Arianna served as a Bioinformatics Graduate Student, gaining expertise in the field of bioinformatics.

Arianna started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Boston College, specifically in Kenneth Williams' Laboratory. Here, they conducted research on the central nervous system of Rhesus Macaques and contributed to projects that aimed to understand brain viral compartmentalization in SIV-infected animals. Arianna developed laboratory skills such as PCR, immunohistochemistry, and in-situ hybridization.

Arianna Noggle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Boston College between 2014 and 2018. Arianna then pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics from Boston University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to their university education, Arianna attended Walsh Jesuit High School from 2010 to 2014.
