Bill Shirk began their work experience in 1993 at NCR Corporation, holding various positions including Operations Manager and Director. During their time there, they successfully expanded operations to Canada and the Netherlands. Bill then worked at Rough Country, LLC. as a Warehouse Team Lead, where they achieved a high KPI shipping rate and provided oversight of wholesale inventory management. At Arrow Electronics, Bill served as a Quality/EHS Specialist, where they reset EHS programs and ensured compliance with certifications. Bill later joined Trelleborg Sealing Solutions as a Service Plus Center Supervisor, where they successfully launched a new location and consistently met monthly goals for on-time delivery. Most recently, Bill worked at HTG, Inc. as a Warehouse Logistics Manager and is currently working at Myriad360 as an Account Manager.

Bill Shirk has attended Truckee Meadows Community College, but the specific dates and degree information are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various qualifications including Career Essentials in Project Management from Microsoft and LinkedIn in February 2023, Salesforce Trailhead - Mountaineer from Trailhead by Salesforce in May 2022, and several levels of Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER in 2022.
