Robert Finizio is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as General Partner and Co-Founder of MintPharma Capital since September 2022, Finizio also holds the position of Executive Director at PleoPharma, Chairman of the Board at BioFlorida, Inc., and Board Member roles at Myosin Therapeutics Inc. and Mira Oncology. A long-time member of the Board of Directors at ZyVersa Therapeutics Inc., Finizio is recognized for previous leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman, and Founder of TherapeuticsMD, a publicly traded leader in women's healthcare. Additionally, Finizio co-founded CareFusion, a company focused on patient safety technology solutions, which was acquired by Cardinal Health in 2006. Finizio holds a BA from the University of Miami, earned between 1990 and 1994.
