Marc T. Steiner has a diverse work history, starting as a Staff Officer for Commander, Fleet Forces Command in 2002. Marc T. then transitioned to roles in the United States Navy, serving as Executive Officer and later as Commanding Officer. Following their military career, Marc worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency before moving to FranNet as a Franchise Owner and Consultant. Marc T. then held leadership positions at KITCO Fiber Optics and the City of Chesapeake before assuming their current role as Senior Director of Business Development and Sales at Mynaric in 2022. Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering business growth.

Marc T. Steiner obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech in 1988. Marc T. then pursued a Master of Science in Physical Oceanography and Meteorology from Naval Postgraduate School, completing it in 1994.
