Brendan Way has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing and creative industries. In 2021, they began working at MyMiniFactory as a Community Success Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Marketing Intern. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at DDG Improv as a Producer, at The Parentheticals as a Press Officer, at The Flashnificents as a Copyeditor, and at Check One Two as a Social Media Intern on the #FeelingNuts campaign. In their roles, Brendan has been responsible for quantifying the urgency and importance of feedback, curating an inclusive safe friendly space, creating PPC ads on Facebook, rewriting website copy, producing blog posts, press releases, and interviews, securing press coverage, copyediting and proofreading stories, and influencer outreach.
Brendan Way completed a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Drama Studies at the University of Winchester between 2010 and 2013. In 2017, they attended Goldsmiths, University of London to learn How to Run Social Media and Digital Marketing Campaigns. In 2019, Brendan obtained certifications from Google, LinkedIn, and other institutions related to digital marketing, social media marketing, and copywriting.
