Darya Savchenko is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as Chief Recruitment Officer at Computools, starting in June 2019. In this role, Darya leads a recruitment team, focusing on team selection, coaching, performance reviews, and coordination of recruiters' work while enhancing productivity and motivation. Darya actively collaborates with the marketing department on employer branding and maintains partnerships with universities.
