Dr. Topeka K. Sam is a dedicated social entrepreneur and community leader with extensive experience in founding and directing organizations focused on social justice and empowerment. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Visionary Officer at FRSH Community since May 2023, Dr. Sam also holds the position of Founder & CEO at The Ladies Of Hope Ministries, established in June 2017. Dr. Sam co-founded Hope House NYC, contributing from October 2017 to May 2023, and was the Director of the #Dignity Campaign at #cut50 from February 2018 to January 2020. Earlier career highlights include founding The iCase Place, LLC, a premium mobile phone case boutique, and leading TKSNYC-The Agency, an event staffing and personal concierge service company. Dr. Sam is an alumnus of Morgan State University.
