Chee Keong Tan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from RMIT University and has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Admin and Office Management at MY E.G. Services Berhad since June 2016, Chee Keong Tan previously founded and took on the role of Principal Consultant at Essential HR Consultancy Sdn Bhd. From April 2012 to February 2015, Chee Keong Tan worked as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at TGCR / Palmgold Group, focusing on aligning HR processes with business needs. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager for HR, Legal & Admin at Prisma Gerimis Sdn. Bhd., where Chee Keong Tan developed HR policies, and as Function Lead at Averis Sdn Bhd, managing a team responsible for backend processing and training.
