Carman Campbell is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and operations management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at MycoWorks since January 2022, Carman previously held similar leadership roles at Danone from May 2016 to January 2022, where expertise in integrated Lean Six Sigma tools was developed. At The Kraft Heinz Company, from March 2014 to September 2015, Carman enhanced focused improvement capabilities in a major plant within the North American Supply Chain. Additionally, experience as an Operations Supervisor at DairiConcepts involved managing a large team in the production of infant formula. Earlier roles included quality assurance and food applications technology. Carman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
