Chris Landon, M.D., Dr. Landon has directed large population based investigations, patient recruitment, and physician education in COPD (CMS Innovation Grant), pediatric asthma (AAP), rheumatic heart disease, multiple sclerosis (Genentech), and cystic fibrosis. Current use of telemedicine includes opioid use disorder (USDA Distance Learning and Telemedicine), machine learning in COPD, and transition of adult cystic fibrosis patients from a Cerner to Epic EHR (CF Foundation).
Chris Landon, M.D. received his B.S. in psychobiology from the University of California, and his medical degree from the University of Southern California. He was a pediatric intern and resident at Stanford University Hospital, and received additional training at Stanfordās Childrenās Hospital. He is board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology, and is director of pediatrics at Ventura County Medical Center. He is also a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at UCLA and of pediatrics at USC. He has contributed to articles in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the Journal of the American Board of Family Practice, and other professional publications. He is the director of the Pediatric Diagnostic Center in Ventura, California.
