Gary Slater serves as the Strategic Alliances People Development Manager at MWH Treatment, a position held since March 2012. In this role, Gary leads a team dedicated to executing the People Development strategy for Anglian Water’s Strategic Alliances, focusing on leadership and team development through high-quality learning programs. Previous roles include People Development Manager and Learning Development - People Development Advisor, where Gary collaborated on coaching initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Australian CAD Manager at MWH and CAD/GIS Team Leader for the Sydney Water Sewerfix Alliance. Gary holds various qualifications, including a Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors from the Institute of Leadership and Management and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of the West of England.
