Joel Justice has a background in law enforcement and public safety, with experience as the Chief of Police at Ventura County Community College District and as a CAPT at LAPD. Currently serving as a Public Safety Solutions Executive at Mutualink, Joel is retired from law enforcement and holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security from The United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
