Rachel Anderson has a diverse work experience. Rachel began their career in 2008 as an Admissions Representative at the University of Missouri, where they served as a liaison to the university for prospective students and parents. Rachel then moved on to become a Development Officer - Regional Programs in 2011, where they met with alumni and friends of the university and served as an alumni relations liaison and major gifts fundraiser on behalf of the university and specific schools and colleges. In the same year, they also co-founded Alumni Spaces. In 2015, they became a participant in the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and began working at efactory as a Director, Assistant Director, and Entrepreneurial Specialist. In 2016, they became the Manager for Shaun Munday, a one-of-a kind talent who blends soul-drenched vocals with show-stopping bass guitar technique. Finally, they worked at Morgan Samuels from 2011 to 2015 as a Research Consultant, Marketing & Business Development Manager, and Associate Consultant.

Rachel Anderson attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2008, studying Business, Communication, Political Science, and minoring in Public Service and Leadership.
