Shey T. has a wealth of work experience. They began their career in 2008 as a Dispute Resolution Specialist at Ecell Global, where they managed a high-volume workload and resolved an average of 150 disputes in any given week. In 2014, they moved to Naval Station Bar & Restaurant Hotel as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Wholesale Development Manager at Linkage Web Development. Finally, in 2016, they joined Murphy Consulting as Assistant Director of Operations and Web Production Manager. In this role, they were responsible for liaising between clients/members and internal teams, serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring the correct services were delivered to members/clients in a timely manner, resolving any issues and problems faced by clients, and overseeing the effectiveness of the department's operational processes.

Shey T. attended The Philippine Women's University from 2013 to 2014, studying Culinary Arts and Related Services. Shey T. also attended Holy Angel University from 2011 to 2011, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2019, Shey T. obtained certifications in Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn.
