Cleber da Paz has worked in various companies in Brazil, starting in 2009 with Axyl Tecnologia as an Account Manager IT responsible for opening and maintaining corporate accounts, and developing storage projects. In 2011, they moved to Softcorp as an Account Manager IT until 2013. Cleber then worked in Agility Networks Tecnologia as a Senior Account Manager from 2013 to 2017. From 2017, they joined Munio Security as a Sales Director and remained in that position until now.

Cleber da Paz earned a degree in Systems of Information from Faculdade Brasília de São Paulo between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from various institutions, including VMware, Citrix, NetApp, F5 Networks, and Nutanix. The certifications were earned between 2013 and 2015.
