Greg Chajnacki, CCP, GPHR, serves as the Head of Compensation Benefits for Region Americas at Roehm since October 2021 and holds an adjunct faculty position at Muhlenberg College School of Graduate Studies, teaching in the Masters Degree Program for Organizational Leadership. With extensive experience in human resources, Chajnacki has worked as a Total Rewards Consultant at Exude, Inc. since May 2021 and previously held HR leadership roles at Reeb Millwork, Italcementi Group, Houghton Chemical, Eastman Chemical Company, Saint-Gobain North America, and Merck, among others. Chajnacki's expertise includes talent management, employee relations, and compensation strategy, supported by a robust educational background comprising an Ed.D. from Penn State University and a Master of Public Administration from Kutztown University.
