Lucia Rivera is a Clinical Associate Professor and Neurocritical Care Program Director at Stanford University, serving in this role since 2021. Previously, Lucia Rivera held the position of Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University from 2016 to 2021 and worked as a Neurologist and Neurointensivist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center from 2014 to 2021. In 2022, Lucia Rivera was recognized as a Diversity Leaders Program Awardee by the American Academy of Neurology. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Neurocritical Care Fellowship from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and completion of a Neurology residency at UMass Chan Medical School.
