Gerard Gelvezon has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and client support, currently serving as an IT Client Change Analyst at MUFG Pension & Market Services since November 2020. Prior roles include IT Operations Coordinator at Hydro Tasmania, where responsibilities encompassed IT operations, incident management, and the development of ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
