Juliana Vier is an experienced IT Governance professional currently serving as IT Governance Lead at XP Inc. since July 2023, previously holding the same position at Banco Modal from February 2021 to July 2023. Juliana has extensive expertise in risk management, process control, and the implementation of technology governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL, demonstrated through leadership roles in multiple organizations including Agibank, Globalweb Corp, UNICRED DO BRASIL, and Lojas Renner. Educational qualifications include a Pós-MBA in Innovation Management from Unisinos and specializations in Controladoria and Administração de Empresas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Juliana has effectively contributed to projects involving ServiceNow and has a strong background in designing processes, auditing, and stakeholder collaboration.
