Max Chew serves as the Head of Commercial at Mudajaya Corporation Berhad since January 2015, focusing on tender and precontract support, main contract management, sub-contract management, and legal issues including managing extensions of time and loss & expense claims. Previously, Max held the position of Senior Manager in commercial and contracts at GAMUDA LAND and served as Commercial Manager at Habtoor Leighton Specon. Prior experience includes a role as Contracts Manager at Shimizu Corporation. Max Chew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics from Curtin University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bath.
