Dillon Varner is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Commercial Construction Superintendent at Rogers-O'Brien Construction since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dillon held the same title at HITT Contracting Inc. from June 2022 to March 2023. Between January 2016 and July 2022, Dillon served as a Firefighter with Wise County ESD1, while concurrently gaining diverse experience in construction as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, and Site Foreman at DPR Construction from December 2016 to June 2022. Dillon's career began in construction as a Metal Fabricator at Bartee Construction from January 2012 to July 2014 and as an Electrical Apprentice at Walker Engineering from October 2011 to November 2012.
