Steve Ngai is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in internal auditing and project management. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor in the Engineering division at 港鐵 since February 2023, Steve previously worked as an Engineer at 香港中華煤氣有限公司 from August 2019 to February 2023, focusing on smart gas appliances and environmental product design. Prior roles include Assistant Engineer and Engineer Trainee, where Steve contributed to system improvements and environmental R&D projects. Steve's career began as a Sales Engineer at SMC, providing technical support for pneumatic automation equipment. Steve holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, both from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
