Lesley Mamaila is an experienced professional specializing in stakeholder engagement and transformation management. Currently serving as the Manager of Stakeholder Engagements at MTN since 2017, Lesley focuses on developing and maintaining valuable stakeholder relationships and providing updates for management reports. Prior to this role, Lesley worked at Cisco from May 2010 to December 2016 as a Transformation Manager, overseeing transformation programs and ensuring compliance with statutory laws while managing the company's BBBEE initiatives. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of South Africa, earned between 1997 and 2001.
