Lory Walters, SHRM-SCP, serves as the VP Director of HR Operations at MRM, an award-winning digital advertising agency part of the Interpublic Group, since July 2014. Previously, Lory held the position of Human Capital Consultant at Livingston International from April 2012 to July 2014, where collaboration with senior leadership focused on talent management and compensation strategies. Earlier in Lory's career, from June 2010 to March 2012, Lory managed HR Shared Services and HRIS at Learning Care Group, overseeing support for over 17,000 employees. Lory holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
