Sanchit Sood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kapture CX since May 2023, Sanchit leads a robust operations team responsible for the complete post-sale journey for the company's customers. Prior roles include Head of Operations - India at SafeAI, Inc., where Sanchit established a world-class operations team, and Customer Success Director at GreyOrange, overseeing a global team and managing customer relationships to enhance success metrics. Sanchit's career began in project management with Reliance Industries Limited and included roles at KPMG and NTPC Ltd., complemented by internships in artificial intelligence and automobile manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a BTech and MTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
