Tiffany Edwards is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in microbiology, virology, and drug design. Currently serving as a Staff Scientist at MRIGlobal since November 2021, Tiffany leads various projects as a principal investigator, focusing on clinical comparator studies and assay optimization while adhering to regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Tiffany completed a postdoctoral research position at the University of Minnesota's Center for Drug Design, collaborating on antiviral research and developing new assays. Tiffany completed a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at Saint Louis University, where research included novel HBV inhibitors and data organization for compound screening. Educational background includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Tiffany has also contributed to academia as a course director and teaching assistant, enhancing microbiological education.
