Daniel Badou

Analyste De Suivi De Marché at MPM

Daniel Badou has extensive experience in quality management and customer service, most recently serving as Commercial and Quality Reference at M P M from April 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing complaints and implementing a Quality Management System (SMQ). Prior to this role, Daniel was the Customer Service Manager at TaxiJet Côte d'Ivoire from August 2015 to April 2018, overseeing team management, activity planning, and coaching to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives. Daniel is currently pursuing a Master 2 (M2) in QHSE at HESTIM, following the completion of a Master 1 (M1) in Qualité Hygiène Sécurité Environnement. Previous academic achievements include an Engineering degree focused on Human Resources and Communication from ESAM and a Master's degree in Criminology from Université de Cocody, Abidjan.
