Swapnil then worked as a Media Planner at Universal McCann, where they planned and maintained local Spot TV, radio, and out-of-home activities for Lowe's Home Improvement.
Later, Swapnil joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky as a Group Media Director, managing clients such as Domino's, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, and Jell-O. Swapnil embraced the agency's media agnostic approach and led a team of media supervisors and planners. Swapnil also worked as a Communication Planning Boot Camp Instructor at Miami Ad School, where they developed a curriculum and instructed advertising students.
In 2013, Swapnil co-founded Swades, a company that developed roll-up sunglasses with a unique wraparound design. Swapnil served as the Co-founder and President of the company for two years. Swapnil also worked as a Managing Director at McKinney, where they developed client partnerships, generated new business, recruited talented candidates, and managed the P&L for McKinney Media.
