Anna Ferguson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Vista Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Anna was the Executive General Manager of People & Culture at Kordia from September 2018 to February 2022. Extensive experience in human resources includes positions as Senior Manager and HR Manager at Bain & Company, HR Manager and Consultant at Baker & McKenzie, and HR Manager at Standards Australia and Sabre Holdings. Earlier in their career, Anna worked as an HR Consultant at PA Consulting Group and as an L&D Consultant at BizEd Services, starting their professional journey as an HR Coordinator at Unisys. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney, earned between 1995 and 1998.
