Francisco Rodrigues Alves is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the field of civil engineering, particularly within the tourism and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer in the Operational Department of the Tourism Network at Movijovem since March 2013, Francisco is responsible for the maintenance of Youth Hostels in Portugal and oversees project management activities. Previously, Francisco held roles as Project Manager and Asphalt Plant Manager at Grupo Anteros, where responsibilities included leading teams, cost control, and construction planning. Additional positions held include Earthmoving Production Manager at Construcciones Taboada y Ramos S.L., Production Manager at Proinsa, Project Manager at Alberto Couto Alves, and Site Manager at EIFFAGE. Francisco earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 1998 and 2004.
