Yusuf Botan possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Team Lead Bellman (Pre-opening) at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts since October 2021. Prior roles include Bell Desk at Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence Dubai, Doorman Concierge at JA Resorts & Hotels, and Bellman Concierge at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Additional experience includes working as a Bellperson at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and a Bellman Concierge at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Yusuf holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Mount Kenya University, completed in 2013, and a secondary school diploma from Jamhuri Secondary School.
